  We always recommend an initial online meeting, to identify your requirements and, importantly, whether we are in a position to deliver what you need on time and in budget. If we are not in a position to do so, we will tell you up-front, although in many cases we may be able to refer you to one of the highly professional firms with whom we work. Such referrals are always on a collaborative rather than commercial basis and you are free to contract with them or not. Areas in which they specialise include:

Should we agree that working together is mutually beneficial, we offer a range of options.

One-off project

Where a project is constrained, either in scope or time, we are happy to commit to working on a fixed-price basis (subject to a clearly defined and fixed brief). This typically includes services such as the creation of automated processes, custom documents or reports and the provision of training services.

Larger projects

Alternatively, where a project is more wide-ranging, or is likely to evolve, we will work on a chargeable-time basis, with pre-agreed hourly or daily rates.

For ongoing collaborations, we also offer the option to pre-purchase blocks of time, against which you can draw down time as required and subject to volumes, this can be provided at discounted rate.

In all cases, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs and time spent/remaining.
